De Villa uses the information you provide to respond to enquiries and arrange events. This includes your name, mobile number, email address, event date and timing, guest-count range, package preferences and any optional requests or referral information you send.

Booking records also contain request status, agreed arrangements, deposit details and relevant communications. Please only share information needed for your event, and avoid including sensitive personal information in optional notes.

We use your details to check availability, discuss your requirements, prepare and manage bookings, communicate payment arrangements, and keep a record of relevant changes.

Email is used for booking communications. The optional WhatsApp choice is about updates on your booking, not consent to promotional messages. You can contact the team to change that preference.

The team and the service providers supporting the website, hosting, storage and email process information as needed to operate these services and handle your enquiry or booking.

Some pages embed Google Maps. Loading an embedded map connects your browser to Google, which may receive technical information and use cookies under its own privacy policy. Following WhatsApp, map or social links also takes you to services with their own privacy practices.

We use self-hosted Umami analytics to understand public-page visits, traffic sources, device and approximate location information, and how visitors progress through the enquiry form. Analytics can include predefined choices such as package, guest-count range and session, and categories of validation errors.

Our analytics tracking does not send your name, phone number, email address, written messages or private booking-link address. It does not run on staff dashboard or private booking pages. Umami tracking does not use cookies; browsing a page still involves processing technical connection information.

We retain information while it is needed to handle your enquiry or booking and for applicable business or legal purposes. Retention depends on the type of record and the purpose for keeping it.

The website also uses browser storage to remember dismissed promotions, where shown. Staff sign-in uses cookies to maintain access to the dashboard.

Email hello@devilla.sg to ask about your information, request access or a correction, withdraw consent, or discuss information you want removed. Include enough detail for the team to identify your enquiry; please do not send passwords or private booking links unnecessarily.

The team may need to verify your identity. Some records may still be needed for business or legal purposes, and withdrawing information needed for an enquiry or booking may affect the team's ability to continue handling it.
