How do I check availability?

Can I visit the venue before booking?
Yes. Venue viewings can be arranged by appointment during our opening hours.
What is included in the packages?
Wedding package inclusions follow the published package comparison table. Items marked as included are provided within the package price. Optional add-ons are subject to additional charges. Items marked Ask Us require confirmation with our team based on the selected package and event requirements. Audio & Visual System and Service Crew refer to the corresponding sound and screen facilities, together with floor management and service crew provisions, as applicable to the selected package.
What is the payment and booking process?
10% deposit: Payable upon signing the quotation to secure the booking. 50% payment: Payable one month before the event. Balance payment: Payable on the event day. The booking will be secured upon receipt of the signed quotation and the required initial deposit.
Is there a prayer or changing room?
Yes. De Villa includes a prayer and changing room for you and your guests.
Can you cater for events outside the venue?
Yes. Hamidah's Kitchen takes catering-only bookings — send an enquiry with your event details and the team will follow up.
How many guests can De Villa accommodate?
Wedding packages range from 200 to 1,000 total guests. For wedding events exceeding 300 guests, the event operates on a Come & Go basis, with guests arriving and dining in staggered intervals throughout the allocated event duration. Maximum seating is 300 guests per seating, subject to the final layout and seating arrangement.
How long is the Most Popular / 500-pax wedding package?
The Most Popular / 500-pax package provides 5 hours of event time, excluding setup and teardown. One hour before and one hour after the event is allocated separately for setup and teardown respectively.
What are the event timings and food-service arrangements?
Standard event timings: Lunch: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Dinner: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM. For wedding packages accommodating 500 pax and above, event timing may be adjusted according to the agreed programme and operational requirements. For longer Come & Go wedding packages, food will be made available throughout the agreed event duration. Final timings will be confirmed in the quotation or event agreement.
Are wedding package prices nett, and is GST charged?
All published wedding package prices are current. The Classic Package starts from S$12,999 NETT, and no GST will be charged.
What is the cancellation or postponement policy?
In the event that the Client cancels or postpones the function, a cancellation or postponement charge equivalent to 100% of the total contracted price, calculated based on the minimum guaranteed attendance, shall apply, subject to applicable law and any written agreement between both parties.
What setup, teardown and overtime arrangements apply?
One hour before and one hour after the event is allocated for setup and teardown respectively. Any additional time required beyond the allocated period may incur additional charges, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Additional charges may apply if an event exceeds its allocated duration. Any overtime or extension charges will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the event requirements and operational arrangements.
